low sodium chicken broth

flour
1 1/4 teaspoons
mixed vegetables
1/2 cups
pepper
1/4 teaspoons
Tabasco sauce
1/8 teaspoons
Parmesan cheese and parsley, if desired

Directions

Parmesan cheese and parsley for garnish, if desired Mix chicken broth and fl our in a small skillet over medium heat. Stir until slightly thick. Add beaten egg, stirring until egg is cooked. Add vegetables, pepper and Tabasco sauce; stir for 5 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
