Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously grease a muffin tin to hold 8 quiches. Mix one egg, hash browns, and Asiago cheese in a bowl. Season the mixture with salt and pepper as desired. Once thoroughly mixed, put ¼ cup of the mixture into each of 8 cups in the tin. Take a spoon and push the mixture to coat the sides as well as the bottom of each cup. Once the mixture is evenly distributed, place in the preheated oven for about 7 minutes or until it begins to turn golden brown.
While the mixture is cooking, mix the remaining ingredients together (except for the orange). After the hash brown mixture is golden, put 2 tablespoons of the egg mixture into the center of the hash brown mixture. Put back into oven for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from pan and serve with orange garnish.
