Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a medium bowl. Stir in green onions, celery, mayonnaise, lime juice, mustard, and chives. Fold in crabmeat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Carefully fill each egg half with the crab mixture. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours before serving. Garnish with fresh dill.
