eggs, hard boiled

green onions, thinly sliced

celery, thinly sliced
2 stalk
mayonnaise
1/4 cups
lime juice
2 teaspoons
Dijon mustard
1 teaspoons
chives, finely chopped
1 teaspoons
celery salt
dash
lump crabmeat
8 ounces
salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
finely chopped fresh dill
to taste

Directions

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a medium bowl. Stir in green onions, celery, mayonnaise, lime juice, mustard, and chives. Fold in crabmeat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Carefully fill each egg half with the crab mixture. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours before serving. Garnish with fresh dill.
