12 slices rye bread
6 slices Swiss cheese
6 slices cheddar cheese
1 lb. corned beef, thinly sliced
2 cups sauerkraut, drained
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup kosher dill pickle, small dice
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Hard boil 6 eggs (12 minutes for large eggs). Cool and chop.
Combine hard boiled eggs, mayo, horseradish, chili sauce, dill pickle, seasoned salt. Mix together.
Assemble 6 sandwiches with bread, cheddar cheese, egg mixture, corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, bread.
Whisk 4 eggs. Dip sandwiches (both sides) in egg mixture. Grill on griddle until hot and golden brown.
