1 whole large egg
4 egg whites
1/3 C. old fashioned oats
Place the egg, egg whites and oats in a blender and blend until oats are ground. Place the batter into a medium heat skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes each side.
Add peanut, or almond butter, any fruit of your choice, chocolate chips, whip cream, sugar free maple syrup, agave nectar, etc
