Blue Cheese-Egg Dip

Ingredients
Quantity
hard-boiled eggs, peeled and coarsley chopped
2
crumbled blue cheese
2 cups
lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons
plain yogurt
1/2 cups
carrot or celery sticks or Buffalo wings
as desired
additional crumbled blue cheese
as desired

Directions

Place eggs, blue cheese, lemon juice and yogurt in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl. Sprinkle with additional blue cheese. Serve the dip with carrot or celery sticks or Buffalo wings. Makes 2 cups.
