Iowa Egg Council at the Iowa State Fair

Iowa Egg Council wrapped up the Iowa State Fair, with a grand total of 172,800 eggs handed out of the egg booth in 2023. This was just short of our record total of 173,400. We would first like to thank Versova, and Michael Foods for providing the hard cooked eggs, and to Sukup for providing the egg stand and set up. Our ~250 volunteers worked hard throughout the week. Creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere to work in, even if the heat was against us.

We had a great time handing out eggs and being a large part of fairgoers, Iowa State Fair experience. Again, thank you all and hope to see you next year, hungry for an egg on a stick!
